Job Overview: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors
(LPC) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our expanding team. We have both
part-time and full-time positions available, with flexible hours to suit your schedule. You will
work with clients across all age groups, from children to adults, providing both in-person
sessions at our Fairbanks office and telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients dealing with a range of mental health issues.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress.

• Collaborate with other professionals and agencies as needed to provide comprehensive care.

• Offer compassionate and client-centered therapy to support emotional health and well-being. 

 

Work Schedule:

Part-Time: Minimum of 10 client contact hours per week.

• Full-Time: 26-35 client contact hours per week.

• Flexible hours available, with high-demand times being Monday-Friday at 4 pm, 5 pm,
  6 pm, and all-day Fridays.

• In-person hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am-7 pm; telehealth sessions can be conducted
  outside of these hours.

 

Requirements:

• Active Counselor License (LPC or LCSW) in the State of Alaska.

• Willingness to work with clients of all ages, including children, teens, and adults.

• Training and skills in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes.

Location: Our clinic is in the Norther Lights Medical Building at 1867 Airport Rd., 110B in
Fairbanks, AK 99701.
